RICE SALAD WITH OCTOPUS


VEnere salad with Octopus

What you need

  • [   ] Riso Gallo Venere rice 400g
  • [   ] 1 Fresh Octopus
  • [   ] 1 potato
  • [   ] 100g of olives
  • [   ] 100g Tomatoes
  • [   ] salt and pepper
  • [   ] Extra virgin olive oil

How to prepare:

Cook the Riso Gallo Venere rice in hot, salted water for 18 minutes. Drain and leave to cool.

 

Clean the octopus and cook for 25-30 minutes in boiling, salty water.
Cut the potato in cubes and cook in boiling water. Cut the tomatoes in quarters. When the octopus is cooked, cut into pieces and leave to cool in its cooking water.
Add the rice to the octopus and all the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
Your rice salad is now ready to enjoy.
