Riso Gallo gluten free Penne, Broccoli, Tomatoes, Pine nuts and Raisins
What you need
- [ ] 80g Riso Gallo Gluten free Penne
- [ ] 100g broccoli
- [ ] 5ml Extra virgin olive oil
- [ ] 100g tomatoes
- [ ] 5g pine nuts
- [ ] 5g raisins
- [ ] Garlic
- [ ] 5g grated cheese
- [ ] Salt
- [ ] Parsley
How to prepare:
Soak the raisins in water and wash and cut the broccoli.
Then peel the tomatoes by dropping them one at a time into boiling water. Leave for one minute then remove and cool in running water, peel and cut into cubes.
Cook the Penne and broccoli in a pan of boiling water. In the meantime, fry the garlic in a pan with some oil, add the tomato and leave to cook for 10 minutes. Add the raisins and the pine nuts then remove the garlic.
When the Penne is cooked, mix everything together. Add some grated cheese and parsley.
