Riso Gallo brings you the best Italian Risotto Rice selected from the best rice fields of the Po Valley, motherland of Risotto and Risotto Rice. Riso Gallo guarantees the origin of the rice from selected rice farms; the traditional stone husking using "Amburgo" model whitening machines (dating from 1898); and a careful grain-by-grain selection process.

Arborio rice by Riso Gallo is an exceptional quality rice with large, full-bodied grains that encompasses six generations of a passion and culture for rice.

 

All our rice is cultivated exclusively in 14 selected farms in and around Arborio, the town in northern Italy which gave its name to the rice variety.

 

Not only is this variety of rice able to retain a perfectly cooked “al dente” style, which makes it popular with chefs, but it also binds harmoniously with all ingredients, creating a delicious creamy risotto.

 

This rice is suitable for vegans and celiacs.
