Our sustainable Carnaroli comes exclusively from 14 selected farms inside the districts of Vercelli, Novara and Pavia from the Lombardy farmhouses, where the king of Italian risotto varieties was created in 1945.


Not only is this variety of rice able to retain a perfectly cooked “al dente” style, which makes it popular with chefs, but it also binds harmoniously with all ingredients, creating a perfect result.


We oversee the whole supply chain, guaranteeing 100% sustainable practices and we use only 100% recyclable packaging and FSC certified cartons.
