The Gallo 2 minute bases are a 'ready to heat' rice solution, for risotti, first courses, side dishes, poke bowls and salads.

Each pouch contains 4-5 portions and takes 2 minutes to cook either in a microwave or in a pan.

Our pouches do not contain additives and are made from 100% Sustainable Italian rice. They are gluten free and vegetarian.
