Carmela is an Italian cookery author, sharing her love of Italian food, through 5 of her books. Working as a food writer; she writes a monthly food column for her local newspaper ‘The Chronicle & Echo’, cookery tutor, demonstrator, cookery event planner, recipe developer, specialist pastaia and runs incredibly successful sponsored supper clubs at the Northampton Museum and Art Gallery. Carmela is also a proud ambassador for both the Filippo Berio Olive Oil brand and the pasta tool company Marcato, and is currently holding month demonstrations in the Knightbridge store of Harrods.
