My Name is Zack, All my working life i have worked in the food service industry, Specialising in Patisserie and Fine dining. I now own a multi site bakery with my life & business partner. My Love for Riso Gallo began when Jason came to a college where i was a lecturer and inspired myself and my students on how the rice was manufactured. I then began a journey of learning different techniques and experimenting with flavours. Making Blackened Garlic Chicken Risotto, Experimenting with seafood and different spices. I then worked with my students to enter the Young Risotto Chef of the Year Competition. It’s a special company and i’m really excited to be joining the team of Expert chefs on the Collective.
