DAVID WEBB

DAVID WEBB

I have dedicated the past 18 years to the Hospitality industry, honing my skills in Michelin star and Rosette restaurants. Throughout my culinary journey, I have had the privilege of working alongside some of the most inspirational chefs. This experience has allowed me to develop and refine a diverse array of culinary techniques inspired by various cultures.
I currently hold the position of Chef Lecturer and Course Leader at DN Colleges, where I am committed to developing the next generation of Hospitality professionals. In my role, I inspire future chefs by teaching both classic cooking techniques and modern culinary styles. My ethos emphasises the use of fresh, local ingredients, including foraging. In addition to using local ingredients, I prioritise the use of seasonal and sustainable ingredients in my dishes.
In addition to my role as a Chef Lecturer, I am a proud ambassador for The Burnt Chef Project, a mental health charity dedicated to supporting and addressing mental health stigma attached to the Hospitality and catering industry.
