I’m the development Chef at Newcastle United working for Sodexo under Executive Chef Graham Proctor. My role is to develop new menus, ideas for future menus and preparing functions for the conference and banqueting. I look after the fine dining aspect on match days that included running the Sir Bobby Robson, Joe Harvey & Stelrad rooms from one kitchen doing up to 150 covers as well as prepare the food for the Chairman’s Suite.
I recently won the Sodexo Chef of the year 2022 and this was an amazing experience which ignited a passion in me to experience more of this.
My style of food is simple but full of flavour, I tend to focus on the best local ingredients, seasonal and the best products that you can find all cooked perfectly to create something exquisite & memorable for the customer. I do spend time trying to make the food look the best it can be, however my main focus is the flavour.
