1856 RISOTTO WITH PORCINI MUSHROOMS
Welcome to Riso Gallo’s new Carnaroli Risotto 1856 range.
The 1856 risottos are prepared with traditional recipes by mixing high quality dried ingredients with the best Carnaroli rice. Resulting in an exquisite dish that is quick and easy to prepare. All the stock is included in the pack so you only need to add water.
The Porcini Mushroom risotto is naturally Gluten Free, suitable for those following a celiac diet, and made from 100% Italian Carnaroli rice.
Each bag contains 3 portions. To cook as you would a traditional risotto. Place the contents in a pan, fry in a spoonful of oil, and add a little wine to taste (optional). Add 650ml boiling water and simmer for 17 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finally add a knob of butter and a sprinkle of grated parmesan.
This product contains Celery and Soy.
