WHISKY MARMALADE RICE PUDDING

What you will need

  • 150g RISO GALLO Carnaroli Rice
  • 300g double cream
  • 250g whole milk
  • 70g whisky marmalade
  • 25g caster sugar
  • Cinnamon

How to prepare:

Place all the ingredients into a pan except for sugar and cinnamon. Combine all the ingredients and place over a low heat. Stirring regularly the rice will take 30/40 minutes. Whisky marmalades have different levels of sweetness do don’t add all the sugar at once.

Once the rice is cooked, gradually add the sugar and taste as you go – you can adjust the taste to your own levels of sweetness.

Serve equally between 4 bowls, and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.

Serve with some homemade buttered shortbread.
